It’s all about the details…
Trend Reporting
Our monitoring system allows us to check availability, performance and capacity metrics. By tracking this data we are able to generate trend analysis, analytical and summary reports.
Alerts and Escalations
What good is a network monitor without a best of breed alert and escalation system?
Host and Service Dependencies
We can monitor your network and your server facilities along with its entire application stack across systems
Server and Device Monitoring
Servers and their Operating Systems are monitored for various baseline parameters such as CPU, memory, disk utilization and response time in addition to specific critical core processes and services. Network devices such as routers, switches and firewalls are monitored according to their function usually using the wealth of information exposed via SNMP.
Service and Application Monitoring
Not all hosts are created equally or for a generic purpose. One of the many strengths of our monitoring system is it gives us the ability to monitor any service or application that is integral to your daily operations. If the service or application is well known, such as any one of the mail, web or database systems, we probably have something already prepared to start monitoring. If it’s a unique product we can build a custom check for it.
Live Network Maps and Visualizations
It’s been said that a picture is worth a thousand words and it must be because our network monitor includes live network maps and visualizations that speak volumes about the state of your network and systems health.
See the grand scheme of you whole environment or drill down into the minutiae to analyze a momentary spike in CPU load with advanced visualization tools.
Hand your decision maker a graph that literally draws out the imminence of the need to order that replacement server. Give them the facts in a easy to understand visual form.
Importance and Added Value
We strongly believe in the importance and added value of managed network monitoring solution and include our managed network monitoring service for free as part of our Tier 1 support.
Hosted Solutions
We also offer our network monitoring as a separate service to our Tier 2 and Tier 3 clients in either managed or un-managed forms. With managed monitoring we receive and act on events in a first responder fashion to resolve your issues as quickly and efficiently as possible, billing according to our cost effective rate schedule. With un-managed monitoring, our system monitors your network hosts and then notifies your IT team rather than us when there is an issue.
Official Developer
We don’t just use a network monitoring solution, we are part of the Icinga expert development team and actively make changes that are important to our clients’ needs.
